Set consisits of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours prior to the event onsite. Includes all serving boards, risers, cheese knives, and serving tongs. 

Meadow Provisions will arrive prior to your event, set up your grazing table, and leave your guests to enjoy. We provide some seasonal garnish, but encourage you to provide a few flower arrangements or table embellishments in keeping with the decor of your event.

Grazing table estimations are based on appetizer portions.​

Table, plates, napkins, and flatwear not supplied. Pleasure ensure that proper recepticles for trash are provided.

At an additional charge of $100 clean up is to be paid at the end of your event. Event clean up may take place the day of your event or the morning following. Please communicate with Meadow Provisions to confirm access to the event space and scheduling.

Events taking place outside of Missoula must be cleaned up same day. Please contact us to discuss exceptions.

If you would prefer to clean up yourself and forgo the cleaning fee, all leftover food can be composted or thrown away and all matierals (boards, boxes, baskets, and serving utensils) rinsed and returned to 125 Brooks Street, Missoula by 9am the morning following your event. In the event any materials belonging to Meadow Provisions are missing, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item.

After your client agreement is signed, you may pay your deposit through the website or by check. Your event will be booked into our calender once your deposit is recieved.

You will be sent a link to pay your remaining balance three weeks prior to your event. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event.
